I have a woodwick candle that will only burn off for a number of minutes and then the flame goes out. It nearly would seem like the wick is also short. I've experimented with pouring out the extra was around the wic, but that isn't going to function. Any individual have any suggestions? I love this candle and it can be barely been used so I will not want to just throw it away.

Go to a candle shop to purchase a new wick. Get a small knitting needle and get it very scorching to melt a hole in the middle to permit it cool down to feed the new wick with the cooled down knitting needle.

With the new wick allow it burn up so the wax slowly and gradually fills the hole. Then put it out so the wick will get wax to burn off instead of burning up the wick. Quickly the hole will be stuffed with wax so the new wick burns the wax as a substitute of the wick.
